PostSubject: Access to state wide court records   Thu Mar 06, 2008 11:17 am

The Statewide Court System now has a public website available to access court records. If you are working on a problem property or issue you can now look up current and prior court records. http://www.mncourts.gov/publicaccess

When you enter into the system it will bring you to the Access Case Records page. At the bottom of that page, select “I ACCEPT” remote access.

You will then be routed to the Minnesota Trial Courts Public Access (MPA) Remote View page. Then select the type of case you are looking up; I usually use Criminal Case Records.

After selecting the Criminal Case Records option, you will see a drop down box titled “Search By”; select Defendant to search for people by name.

I hope you find this useful. Thanks
